Guideline for Abstract Submission:
- Abstract submissions and presentations must be in English.
- The content of the abstract should include the following: Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
- The title should be informative and as specific as possible, with the first letter of each noun capitalized.
- The abstract, excluding title and author and affiliation lists, should be no more than 400 words.
- If a table or figure is included, it must be cited in the abstract text.
- Up to 3 pictures/charts/tables can be included along with your abstract. Images must be entered in JPEG (jpg, jpeg) format.
- There is a limit of one submission per presenting author.
- Presenting authors will be notified by email of acceptance of their papers by 4 Jul 2025.
- The Conference reserves the right to make minor editorial changes on the abstracts.
- Research that has been published or presented at any national or international meetings prior to this Conference is discouraged.
- Only online submission is available. Submissions which do not comply with our instructions will not be considered.
Deadline:
The deadline for submission is 25 May 2025.
Notification of Acceptance:
The Scientific Committee will review all submissions and determine the final format of presentation, either oral or e-poster.
Notification of acceptance will be sent out by 4 Jul 2025.
Registration of Abstract Presenters:
Accepted authors should register for the Conference by 15 Aug 2025. If the registration of the presenting author is not received by the deadline, the case will be handled as voluntary withdrawal.
PTCOG-AO Awards:
Awards for the best poster and oral presentations in the categories of Clinics and Biology/Physics are selected by the PTCOG-AO 2025 Scientific and Education Sub-committee. The awards will be presented during the PTCOG-AO 2025 Closing Ceremony. Winners will receive a Certificate of Award.
